1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Recrio India's platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.

2. Platform Description

Recrio is an online marketplace connecting users with sports venue owners for booking purposes and facilitating game organization. We act as an intermediary and do not own, operate, or control the venues listed on our Platform.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

4. Bookings and Payments

4.1 Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to venue availability
• Booking confirmation is sent via email and SMS
• You must arrive at the venue at the scheduled time
• Venue owners may reject bookings at their discretion

4.2 Payment Terms

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking
• We use secure third-party payment gateways
• Payment confirmation may take up to 24 hours
• Service fees and processing charges are non-refundable

4.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation by User:
  • More than 24 hours before booking: 90% refund (10% cancellation fee)
  • 12-24 hours before booking: 50% refund
  • Less than 12 hours before booking: No refund
• Cancellation by Venue Owner: Full refund processed within 5-7 business days
• No-Show: No refund for failure to appear at scheduled time
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or venue owners
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Platform content without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform

6. Venue Owner Responsibilities

Venue owners must:

• Provide accurate venue information, photos, and pricing
• Maintain venue quality and safety standards
• Honor confirmed bookings unless exceptional circumstances arise
• Respond to booking requests within 24 hours
• Have all necessary licenses and permits to operate
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Recrio India or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform "As Is"

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform.

8.2 Third-Party Venues

We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of venues listed on our Platform. We do not endorse or verify venue owners. Users book venues at their own risk.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recrio India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the booking in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Recrio India, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.

10. Game Organization Features

10.1 Hosting Games

• Game hosts are responsible for organizing and managing their games
• Hosts must ensure participant safety and fair play
• Hosts may set their own rules and requirements for participation
• Hosts are responsible for collecting payments from participants (if applicable)

10.2 Joining Games

• Participants must follow the host's rules and instructions
• Participants join games at their own risk
• Disputes between hosts and participants must be resolved directly
• We are not responsible for conflicts or injuries during games

11. Disputes and Resolution

In case of disputes between users and venue owners, we encourage direct communication to resolve issues. If unresolved, you may contact our support team at harsh.work3239@gmail.com for assistance. However, we are not obligated to intervene in disputes.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

13. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
